These courses are designed with adults over 40 in mind — people who have some savings and are thinking carefully about how to generate a steadier income. No prior investment knowledge is assumed for Stage 1. Each subsequent stage builds on the previous, so your entry point depends on where your current understanding sits.

Sessions take place as small group live classes at our Phaya Thai space, with recordings available for registered participants. Stage 3 includes two individual advisory calls scheduled around your availability. Groups are kept small so questions receive proper attention.

Not at all. The courses are educational in nature. Participants learn to read, evaluate, and plan — but the decision of whether, when, or how much to invest always remains entirely with you. There is no requirement to open any account or transact as part of the course.

Stage 1 runs over approximately two weeks with two live sessions. Stage 2 spans around four weeks including workshops and mentoring calls. Stage 3 covers eight to ten weeks in total. Timing is intentionally measured — the content is designed to settle before the next topic is introduced.

Participants receive course materials, worksheets, and a record of participation. Stage 3 concludes with a personal dividend portfolio plan. These are educational documents for your own reference — they are not regulated financial qualifications or professional advice.
