These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which Boonchai offers its courses and govern the relationship between participants and us. Please read them before enrolling. By completing enrolment and payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. Definitions
"Boonchai" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the Boonchai dividend education programme, operated from 64 Ari Soi 1, Phaya Thai, Bangkok 10400, Thailand.
"Participant" / "You" means any individual who enquires about, enrols in, or attends one of our courses.
"Course" means any of the three structured learning programmes offered by Boonchai, delivered through live sessions, workshops, and supporting materials.
"Enrolment" means the act of completing registration and payment, confirming your place in a scheduled course.
"Course Materials" means all documents, worksheets, guides, presentations, and resources provided to participants as part of a course.
"Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, together with any enrolment confirmation sent to you.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enrolment enquiry, completing payment, or attending a session, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
- Agree to abide by all conditions described herein
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with enrolment.
3. Course Descriptions and Pricing
Boonchai currently offers the following courses. Prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all stated materials unless noted otherwise.
Course 1 — Understanding Dividends and Yield ฿4,200
Two live sessions covering dividend fundamentals, yield interpretation, SET-listed dividend examples, and Thai taxation of dividends. Includes a terminology guide and yield comparison worksheet.
Course 2 — Selecting Dividend-Paying Investments ฿11,000
Stock screening workshops, fund comparison exercises, and three mentoring sessions. Participants build a preliminary dividend watchlist during the course.
Course 3 — Constructing a Dividend Income Portfolio ฿18,200
Six sessions, a portfolio modeling workshop, two advisory calls, a capstone portfolio plan presentation, and access to a curated dividend research library.
Course content, session schedules, and prices may be updated from time to time. The price applicable to your enrolment is the one confirmed at the time of your registration.
4. Enrolment and Access
Your place in a course is confirmed only when payment has been received in full and you have received a written confirmation from us.
Session schedules, joining instructions, and pre-reading materials will be sent to the email address you provide at registration. It is your responsibility to ensure this address is correct and that you check it prior to each session.
Course places are personal to the enrolled participant and may not be transferred to another individual without our prior written agreement.
Upon completing a course, participants receive a record of participation. This document confirms attendance and completion of the programme; it is not a regulated financial qualification or licensed credential of any kind.
Post-course Q&A support is available for 60 days following the final session of each enrolled course. This access is personal to the participant and does not extend to third parties.
5. Participant Responsibilities
As a participant, you agree to:
- Attend sessions punctually and engage with materials in good faith
- Treat instructors and fellow participants with courtesy and respect
- Not record, copy, or redistribute course materials, session content, or recordings without our written consent
- Not use course content for commercial resale or to create competing educational materials
- Provide accurate personal information at enrolment and notify us promptly of any changes
Participants who disrupt sessions or behave in a manner that interferes with others' learning experience may be asked to leave without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials — including slides, worksheets, guides, and session recordings where applicable — are the intellectual property of Boonchai. They are provided to enrolled participants for personal learning purposes only.
Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use course materials for their own private study. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, or publication by any means.
Any feedback or suggestions you share with us about our courses may be used to improve our programmes without obligation to you.
7. Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment: Course fees are payable in Thai Baht (฿) at the time of enrolment. We accept bank transfer and major payment cards. A receipt will be issued upon cleared payment.
Cancellation by the participant: We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
To request a cancellation, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and enrolment reference. Cancellations are processed within 10 business days.
Cancellation by Boonchai: If we cancel or significantly reschedule a session due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full refund or a transfer to an alternative session date at your preference.
No-show: Participants who do not attend without prior notice forfeit their fee. Where possible, session recordings or equivalent materials may be provided at our discretion.
8. Educational Disclaimer
Boonchai's courses are educational in nature and are intended to support informed personal learning about dividend investing concepts and approaches.
Nothing in our courses, materials, or communications constitutes licensed financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial product.
All examples, data, and case studies used in our courses are presented for illustrative and educational purposes only. Past performance of any investment is not indicative of future results.
All investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the individual participant. We encourage all participants to consult a licensed financial adviser or stockbroker before making any investment decision.
Our instructors are educators and experienced learners in this field; they are not licensed financial advisers under Thai law and their course content should not be interpreted as professional financial guidance.
9. Disclaimers
Our courses are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take considerable care in preparing and delivering all content, we make no representation that course materials are free from error, complete, or suitable for your specific financial circumstances.
We do not make any promises about the outcomes a participant will achieve following course completion. Individual results will vary based on personal circumstances, market conditions, and investment decisions made independently by the participant.
We reserve the right to update or modify course content, session schedules, or materials at any time in the interest of quality and accuracy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Boonchai shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from participation in our courses or from investment decisions made by participants following or during a course.
Our total liability for any claim arising in connection with a course shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific course.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Thai consumer protection law.
11. Termination and Exclusion
We reserve the right to exclude a participant from a course — without refund — in cases of:
- Repeated disruptive or disrespectful conduct toward instructors or other participants
- Sharing, reproducing, or commercially distributing proprietary course materials
- Providing materially false information at enrolment
You may cease participation at any time, subject to the cancellation and refund policy set out in Section 7.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
In the event of a dispute, we ask that you contact us first at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.
If informal resolution is not achieved, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes to our courses, applicable law, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
The version of these terms in effect at the time of your enrolment governs that particular course. Continued participation in future courses following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
